Craft the Career Choices you Really want by Discovering who you Really are
The possibility of complete freedom in your career choices exists for you. You may not believe it, particularly since workers all over the world are normally tired and miserable. Creative people in mindless jobs have some very imaginative dramatizations: ‘The Rat Race’, ‘Mid-Life Crisis’ and 'Dead End'.
Yet I am crafting this website to create the possibility for you to be extraordinary. I have poured time, money and love into this purpose. This is greatest expression of my commitment that you can be free to craft the career you really want.
You can:
- Choose work that brings you alive,
- Meet your financial needs, and
- Create a fulfilling and inspiring vision.
All it takes is discovering who you really are. As people grow up their essence gets buried beneath layers of fears, beliefs, and social expectations. Fulfilling-Career-Choices will help you put these aside and make decisions based on who you really are.
Poor career choices…
Most people spend the majority of their waking hours at work. These hours have the potential to be fulfilling and joyful. Yet, when a new week is born, workers hang their heads and drag their feet to a depressing job.
Whether you are depressed or inspired by work, you will take that energy home with you. It will then poison or nurture every other area of your life, including relationships, health and money. Your choices have the power to create or destroy everything that is important to you.
A little secret…
Your career is not really about you. Consider the effect that you have on the people around you, and then the effect they have on the people around them. Are you a source of joy or anger?
It is said that you are connected to everyone in the world by less than 6 degrees of separation. If you know Charlie, who knows Jessica, then Jessica is 1 degree of separation away from you. This is usually presented in the context of getting through networking.
I don’t know how accurate this concept is, but I like how it challenges the experience of separateness. When you realize what you really want, pick the person who could most help you in the entire world, and try it out.
For now, consider being so enthused with your time at work that your joy overflowed? Instead of getting you naturally start giving. Not for any particular reason, simply because the overflow needs somewhere to go!
This feels pretty good, but the potential impact it could send trickling through the everyday occurrences of the entire world is mind-boggling. So although your career choices may not be about you, this only makes them more important.
What is going wrong?
Traditional advice revolves around fantastic libraries of career information. The assumption is that more information leads to better decisions. This approach leads to people feeling trapped, confused, and frustrated because external information is only half of the career puzzle.

Following this approach my personal career dreams floated on the horizon for years whilst I researched, applied for and worked uninspiring jobs. Eventually I had enough and I walked away. It is only with a completely fresh approach to choosing a career that I was able to complete the puzzle.
The missing piece...
Self-knowledge is the missing piece. Most people limit themselves to a superficial survey of their strengths, skills and interests. This was sufficient for a satisfactory decision when there was a narrow range of career paths.
Today the world is overflowing with new opportunities. It is also uncertain and ever changing. In this ocean of possibilities, superficial self-knowledge is no longer enough for success.
A cutting-edge compass is needed to navigate the inevitable storms and reach your career objectives. The best compass is deep self-knowledge. This is not about your strengths or skills but the essence of your being.

Complete the Puzzle…
And you will:
- Unearth self-knowledge of who you really are,
- Expose your internal limitations and move past them,
- Be inspired by new opportunities,
- Craft career objectives that create a higher quality of life,
- Adopt high quality standards in your career choices,
- Become more self-expressed, confident, and fulfilled,
- Develop the freedom to make fulfilling career decisions.
- Become a beacon of new possibilities for the people around you.
When you make decisions from the core of your being you will steer a steady course towards fulfilment. Initially self-knowledge guides you in choosing a career. Then as your journey progresses it will create the possibility of achieving success beyond your expectations.
This website can help you craft the career you really want by discovering who you really are. You can make the best career choices by re-dressing the balance between external information and self-knowledge. Although be sure to remember our little secret. It’s not about you, which is precisely what makes your career choices so important!
